The Kadinjaca monument complex

It is dedicated to the soldiers from the Worker’s Battalion who died on the hill of Kadinjaca, 14 km away from Užice, on 29th November 1941, for providing a line of retreat to the Headquarters, partisan unit and the hospital before German occupation forces. That is one of the most significant events in the history of Užice which was also turned into a film.
