Mariins'kyi park

Mariins'kyi park is one of the parks that stretch along the river Dnepro. It is located next to the Mariins'kyi palace - the official reidence of the President of Ukraine for ceremonial prposes. The park was founde in 1874 in place of the former palace park after the fundamental reconstruction of Marins'kyi palace in 1868-1870 . It is a unique monument to park architecture of the past.
