Diana
Archeological site Diana is situated on the bank of the Danube between the hydroelectric power station 'Djerdap' and Kladovo. The camp was active in the period from the I up to VI century BC. It was almost of square shape, with round corners, with towers set along the inner side of the ramparts. It had four gates which were fortified by square towers. The appearance of the first stone fortification coincides with the rule of imperator Trayan. Although the previous researches have given valid archeological material, the greatest part of this site has not been researched yet .
